2.2 Inputs and Outputs Data
By default the user’s conversational data or Inputs and Outputs as defined in our TOS will not be shared or re-purposed external to your account and license on the Platform.
This data may not be used by the Company unless explicitly permission is granted by the user directly through the Platform by checking opt-in forms or other digital consent mechanisms.
2.3 Meta-Data
We may derive generic metrics based on your Inputs and Outputs, as defined in our TOS. Specific conversational data such as user’s identifiable information will not be shared by the Company unless explicit permission is granted by the user directly through the Platform.
We may also collect information about your interactions with the Platform, including IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, pages viewed and other standard session data.
2.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Platform and hold certain information.
3. Use of Your Information
3.1 To Provide, Maintain and Improve Our Service
We use your information to provide, support, and improve our Platform specifically for you, while striving to remove all Personally identifiable information and Intellectual Property that may be derived from this data or leakage from your information externally to other users.

We may use your information to communicate with you about updates, maintenance, and other information related to the Platform.
3.3 To Communicate about You
We may derive Metadata information about you that may be of interest to potential strategic partners such as business coaches, your advisors, potential investors or other potential business partners. This information is strictly protected and subject to the user’s consent for sharing.

4.1 Strategic Partners
Strategic Partners are third parties that may express or hold an interest in helping you or your business, such as business coaches, advisors, investors, and upskilling programs.
By default we only share aggregate, population level metadata with third parties - we will not share your personal information, Inputs and Outputs or any individually identifiable information.
If the user grants permission to the Company, we may share personal information, individual Meta-data or Inputs and Outputs, with strategic partners on an incidental or ongoing basis.
4.2 Third-Party Service Providers
We strive to not share any of your information with AI service providers such as OpenAI, or any other Large Language Model or inference engine providers for the purposes of AI training data.
We may store, process or transfer your data across third party cloud services providers or other infrastructure providers that allow us to operate our services, and take all legal and regulatory measures necessary to protect your data in this situation.
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may also disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
4.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. You will be given explicit, advanced notice of such events.

You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate, with the burden of proof solely on the user.

You have the right to request that we erase your data.
6.4 Data Portability
You have the right to request that we transfer the inputs and outputs and personal information that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

7. Data Retention
We will retain your full profile information for up to 30 days after account deletion. We may retain limited amounts of your account information longer to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Our Platform is not intended for children, or people under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
